p s ~ Thank you, Darlin' Dixie. I have written many poems and songs for my daughters as they were growing up. I would sing and play my guitar for them after tucking them into bed for the night ~ and they slept peacefully and soundly. They used to say those prayers and sing those songs as well. Those were very special moments. I still like writing for children. It also keeps me in touch with my inner child ~ and with God.   Loving hugs, Linda |

My second thought each morning (after rerecognising that it hurts to move and reminding myself to breathe, which you'd think would be automatic but apparently isn't quite so much because I tense up and don't breathe and pass out... and I really need to stop going off on these tangents) is to say a prayer of thanks for the day and for the beauty and opportunity it holds. Done that a bit over two years now and, while it hasn't made life better, it's definitely helped in surviving the day. Very cool how God blesses us when we pray. All meant, of course, to say how much I love this poem and the idea of the poem. Well done, as always! Always, Alyssa He was a man of sorrows |

(does happy dance) Awwwwwwwww, I absolutely LOVE this, dearest Linda! (kiss on cheek) I thank God every day with all my heart for all He has given me, from being able to communicate like most other autistic children struggle to ever do (I keep praying for them too) and helping to convince me I am loved in the world! (smiles) God Bless You, sweet friend, I also have thanked Him lately for letting me live in a place where roses bloom in January and daffodils are blooming everywhere, yay, this is beautiful, we all love you so much!
