This was for a challenge we had to write about a true embarrassing momemnt Embarrassing Moments I sat watching soccer True was no dream A spider on my collar I gave out a scream Tried to brush it aside As I gave out a yell The huge hairy spider Into my blouse it fell Into the warmer place Spider came to rest I tore open my blouse Exposing my breast In front of all the crowd All laughing with glee The camera panned in It was shown on T.V With horror on my face For I had not realised So embarrassing I felt I was being televised Hope ©2005 Music and graphic below thestarlitecafe.com/poems...48635.html |

Spiders are creepy and scare me half to death. LOL!!! You poor thing...that's terrible. But, the poem is adorable. Thank You for the giggles. Bridgette "Somewhere, somehow, it should be possible to touch someone and never let go again. To hold someone, not for a moment but forever." A. Brink |
