Junes light
Brightens caves
Where winter darkness hid;

Stones roll,
And Persephone ascends
From the moonless night,
Of her under-world home.

Things lose usual form;
In springs, celestial glow-
Blood beings and greens
Shed fur and leaves, opaque
Becomes translucent,
To those who cross their eyes
And see in peripherals,
Their very own souls
And all supernal things.

Reach down,
Braille the blades
Of grass... fairy wings
Will flutter up from green,
For they are at the spirits base,

And the solids that you touch
Will be Gods animated face.
