I know you want the soft touch upon paper, pen in motion words to flow with emotion pretty pink pictures with a sigh now and then, but I can't remember when these colors were my own when the things in my life had a softness of tone. The harsh of reality distorted the rainbow view deep colors that scream are all that come through. I long for the dim, the pale of shade soft colors caress my body does crave. A gentle touch of softened hue to paint again small slight of mood. To create once more with skilled artistry a picture, a story even a litany, Softly told, whispers of tint brushing upon space with the slightest of hint a life, in color, is told. a life, in color, is told. Dear Rose of White, the way you color life through your poetry, is a wonder to behold. Your touch is petal-soft, sweet poetess. You have been missed. Linda |
