Sometimes the days are slow and  tough.
Still, touch of family is not enough.

It's others I know and care about
who make the difference, restrain the doubt

That follows inspirations rise
when full of moon within the skies

Sees clouds of darkness block the light,
the view of which holds back the night

when childhood thoughts with grown appeal
blanket moments of empty feel.

Too soon the passing, too soon the mourn.
Too soon the rising sun is born.

Good-bye in Monday silence reigns.
The loss, a gift that now sustains.
