When things get tough and tears start to fall outside I go to sit under the serenity tree Looking up at the strong branches It's strength I gain Watching the boughs bend with the wind I know that I too am strong enough to bend no matter what I'm feeling sitting under the serenity tree helps to calm and strengthen me in a silent gentle way The serenity tree a gentle silent giant with strong flexible branches reminding us to be strong yet flexible enough to bend through life's trials, failures and successes kaleanna |

Wonderful write. And yes, we can bend with whatever comes our way.. heck, I think I'm a rubberband most of the time And sometimes, being broken does not really break us, it just defines us a little more. Thank you for sharing this. Tima |
