deny... in muffle of a scream... the churning yearn of beg... reprieve forget regret no turning back in lack of understand of this a kiss to weary wrinkled brow... and inward screams the sigh of 'how?'... and wanting, taunting haunt of 'why?'... and what will ever never be again a tear... of overflow erupts volcanic in the know of sacrifice... a virgin bleeds the emptiness remaining here in echo of a muted SCREAM... |

"hey lady? You been hanging around on my cloud again?" More than you know, Karen... This did not come from 'me'... Love you, my sis... |

It's good to see you Vicky! "virgin bleeds the emptiness remaining here in echo of a muted SCREAM..." Not muted, at all...but loud and clear! |

No, Vicky... this did not come from you... but it has come from those you care for... from those you see... from those you hear... even when you don't know them. I rarely lay this word on a poem, but yes, awesome, my friend... and thank you for the depth. |

Those inward screams have got to come out! I have let loose in my linen closet with my face buried in linens yelling my head off! Then I say, "Aww! Now I feel better!" Mount Vesuvius has to blow its top once in a while! However, you did a fine job of letting off some steam with this emotive write! Sending you a warm, loving hug ~ and some linens! Linda |
