The Girl With The Black Pearls


She wore black pearls, the precious
girl that made me believe in love.
I loved the way those pearls caressed
her neck in the discotheque, it was
more than enough to make me sigh.
But then the necklace broke, and I awoke
to find spilled pearls upon my bed.
Oh how I would scream if it were only a
dream, but the black pearls tell me
that she was there, and I truly care
for the precious girl with the black
pearls, that made me believe in love.
