my mind seems
to get stuck
back in time~
memories so real
yet knowing not all mine~

hear the thunder
roar~
like the beating of drums
as their spirits
cry no more~

lightning strikes
deep
like the pain~
seeing trails left
from tears
sorrow fills a heart
dignity and pride
striped
all that remains
is shame~

came to this great land
for a need to be free~
yet no compassion
no honesty~

take a good look~
for freedom
they stole anothers
as they came and only took~

greed and power
within~
sins of unforgiven error
chaoscontrol
terror and sin~

i saw the spirit of the wolf
at the foot of my bed~
i saw them dancing
dressed all in red~

i looked in the blue
as deep as the sea~
saw a cross
brown, then green
where my blue eyes
changed in front of me~

sacred land
now poisoned from all
their greed~
the fallen ones
planted the unforgiving seed~

clouds burst
rain falls~
creater cries
chaos blocks his calls~

from the eye
of the eagle
the doors
of the three~
fire is about
to consume
where the sea
use to protect
whats sacred
for humanity~

many play god
for power and control~
time to set it right
as spirits free the soul~

for ones who play god
have no spirit or soul
something as sacred
as our land~
spirits rising
time to make a stand~

tribes gather
spirits all around~
drums beat
as they dance
chanting
homeward bound~

the wolf howls
and the eagle soars
lightning strikes
as his thunder roars~

My spirit will rise
above the sea~
There will be no drowning
of my soul or me~

thankyou marge~
most of it still confuses me~
some times i cant sleep from what seems the need to get out`~
but i just come here, get the pen, and let what ever comes get written~
or what ever is seen and felt~
