Crying Tears of Dry Just for the kissing alone, her tears of want would moisten her eyes remembering the whom, of the touching so soft remembering the how of the rainbow painted hearts remembering the what of the comforting light that comes from the darkness within you. Just for the touching alone her lips of want would produce a smile remembering the first seconds of the eyes to meet remembering the first minutes of the hearts in sync remembering the first hours laying in the arms of night sharing in the lavender veil that is you Just for the nearness alone her mind of want would produce the thoughts remembering the first nightdreams of the blending as one remembering the first realdreams of the caress in your touch remembering the first daydreams that follow, even now as I dwell in your lips when nearness of you touches me. M...in rereading my old poems this one touched me today~~ 8*2k as MMoonchild "Love is not blind - It sees more and not less, but because it sees more, it is willing to see less." |
