Time to Soar Blind caterpillar wriggling along In a hazy world of clouded illusions Poor caterpillar couldn’t sing her song She lived on stories of make-believe And didn’t know the difference. She wrapped herself up in a cocoon of strife, And then it was time to start her escape. Layer upon layer she struggled through And her dreams became nightmares, Trapping her in a world that didn’t exist. She glimpsed a world she didn’t know Pushing on toward it, wanting to see more, The cocoon weakened and she became strong. A weak, blind, lost caterpillar, not she, no more, She was a beautiful butterfly ready to soar. "Time has told me not to ask for more, one day our ocean will find its shore" ~Nick Drake |

enjoyed this... very much "She glimpsed a world she didn’t know Pushing on toward it, wanting to see more, The cocoon weakened and she became strong. A weak, blind, lost caterpillar, not she, no more, She was a beautiful butterfly ready to soar." I sure can relate to this |
