Here, Now, Forever

Do you know how far this has gone?
Just how damaged I've become?

through sorrow,
through lust,
in soundless song?
Through me..
My soul..
undone.. ?

Through
secret handshake,
or a passing wink of the eye..

in such is death defied..

Screaming, flailing horribly,
seasonal demons at my feet,
weaving thier spells, now incomplete
in honeydew homilies bittersweet

They call me "Dragonrider"
For reasons you will never know.
and before the break of this next dusk
when the heavens fall to the skies below..

take heed this whim..
this empty thought..
this stupidity
I have forged and told

And cast it into your sea of doubt,

along with your lost

and stupid soul.
