Fond this feeling, not strong enough this Statement-- I must raise dimension of words. Being fletched through the chest With a Cherub shaft, (bless the cripple) Has fallen me to the small Gods focus, Cupids arrow tipped with Eros poison Blurs speech, and I cannot think to speak For the Chaos of your beauty numbs my lips, And but slurred words come to voice my feelings. Such a vice is this, this amity, your eyes Beam the light of amours stare, Their Heat melting away my shyness, making me Desire the female of you; my vision shows Only red, fire in blood blinds my moral self; Thus absorbed, I cannot move but towards. Come my adorable, sup on this admiration, If there be need for such nourishment in you. Let us not chastise Saint Valentine, Who urged union of lovers, under duress. Come close, and let yourself be mine.... |

Now, how come, whenever I have been 'hit upon' in a lounge, I've not heard such original lines? "Cupids arrow tipped with Eros poison Blurs speech, and I cannot think to speak For the Chaos of your beauty numbs my lips, And but slurred words come to voice my feelings" LOL, usually it's "Don't I know you from somewhere?" Answer =NO or, "Would you like some company?" again, usually NO Now if someone were to spout poetry? Hmmmm..... |
