The sun is dripping sweet pearls of fire, Demons wait unspoken in silent feilds Light seems to promise hope in empty words, Slowly twilight springs upon quivering angels, The first tear is floating down a supple pale face, Evil souls become restless as the time goes by The last bit of luminosity slips beneath the bleak terrain, Fearful eyes dialate in the sinister atmosphere, The angels ancient awarness advise them that they are surrounded, The tear plummets to the soil, The angels are gone, Unexpected to humanity hope is absent, The demons move on to easier tagets, Complete obliteration, Earth is finally at peace.... |

No, no - let's not give in to nothing, and build a peaceful something - Interesting thoughts in this- Susan If I wander far enough, long enough, will I finally know . . . |

Inner meaning on this. Basically until all is destroyed there will be no peace. Unfortunately something survives and then starts to develop. Like to see another poem on what then develops. Good write. Dave |
