she dances no longer
to his music but rather,
rhythms of creation

she follows wisdom
along a path less taken
while the world dances
the chant belonging to
stars and beggars

within the wind,
against the gail,
her voice is heard
even understood by
the One who truly
understands
all

she dances no longer to
memories past
for future promises play
the most sincere melodies...
