The In-between

I feed upon the in-between
The rue and do of past and new
Fly and sigh the crest of why
That breaks within the rue of coup

I monitor the rhyme of time
The weaving of each thread of shed
And classify the prime of grime
To fix the shroud about my head

It gives me movement of a sort
To place the moments of my mind
Allows an anchor in a port
To fill my stores with new of kind

It seems an endless argosy
Even with a star to guide
With fantasy and ecstasy
And storms that rock the boat in stride

Its in-between the apples core
That would the sail to evermore

That little seed
that lies in-between...
seems the scheme of all your dreams,
carrying you forth, in thought, and deed...

Thanks for the inspire, Sy!
