stand within the cool pool stir
of white flow wishes and dreams
that cascade in fantasy fluid
where all is more than it seems

come taste the ambrosia of the possible
not of what is, but of what could be
feel the dissolution of conscious boundaries
where mystic merges into reality

let the shade sooth overwrought thought
the touch of the Mother encourage
step free of your man forged fetters
into pools where visionary notions flourish

linger a while and ponder
all that you thought was for naught
for in these pools of shimmering promise
self doubts and futile fears are untaught

s.a.t.

this poem was written to go with a picture of a cascading falls into a gentle pool in which a woman draped in cascading white stood - wish I could post pics - but I hope it reads well even without the image -

If I wander far enough, long enough, will I finally know . . .

ms suzz...I can see her there

in her cellophane
whispering
to a butterfly

stirring diamonds in the stream
with her bare feet
watching the water run
between the webs of her toes

star trec maiden?

lovely view babe

Dark's comments remind me of the stuff we started to get as people attacked the "Open Scroll".

I may be out of order on this but I trust a hunch.

Well said.  And yes, without the pictures it
came through my mind's eye just fine.

This is such a delicate write. I love to let my mind's palette color in the scene according to your words. Beautifully painted, Susan.
