when you were done with your undoing you brought me thoughts unwrapped in satin you spoke of the gypsy and her hair when it is wet and clings to her neck when her skin is shimmer and she has empty fingers that crave the bars of a lover's prison you said you wore a lock and I had the key but if I broke it too you would prefer it to being free without me ______________ dark |
