I shiver, shaking off memories
which bring thoughts of dismay
rattling chains that would bind,
   leaving me in disarray.

This bouleversement
of soul   and mind
  leaves me with questions,
  answers,     and truth to find.

I'm searching,     seeking
pressing on every day
steadfast in my course
to live         in today.

I turn my gaze towards azure skies
feel glow of amber warm my face,
humbly    I beseech the ancient spirits
"please, hold me within your grace."

Lulling lullaby of wind
softly speaks,      whispering to me
"your heart will guide your path,
the journey leads         to your destiny."

The greatest beauty on earth, is
found in the hearts of those
who love....
