Should that I never ask evermore
In gluttony
I empathize now
Speculate at your artistry
Cursing the moments of which
I could have swam, on course
A course
Which wasn’t yours?
How could I have been so self-imposed?
The time & place were right
The intellectual diversity was there
In compatibility to my curious side
But by the God’s, we were not mature
Intellectuals
Enough to nod to needs, mutual personal
Essentials which seam
Although if we allowed, our rationale
Was beneficial, significant to that place
In time…eyes with insidious intent
Cannot be inline with the Gods
Nor reap an invention of circle
Looking towards the same sky
Summer can be a defeating heat
Or a look into the heart of spirit
I found your visit an embraced blessing
Essential to escalation
Considering myself always, a guest in your home
Forgive me, for the adolescence in me?
I ponder, was I as vital
As you were to my corridor
For I learned visage placed
The ending was a ripening flame
That pulls the distance into name
Painting our dreams into full moon
Adversary became a stillborn culture
Yet to be learned in
“small shakes”
Fragmented coincidence?
I think not
As nothing is coincidence
Should that I never ask evermore…
In gluttony
We are both yet, meant to be discovered
By the veil that uncovered that moment

Oh God, so very true Lee . . .

This helped you, you know?
I have been struggling with
letting go of the fact that when I was married, neither one of us saw each other for what we were to become, if that makes any sense.

Thank you.

It is hard when you find yourself on a path that is splitting from the path you share with another.  Somewhere there has to be an invisible path that we just need to seek a little harder to find that would take both to both destinations without that split.  Culture, maturity, passion, ???????  There is much work in any relationship, I think you hit on one of the ones that require the most attention.

Great read and loved the read.

ohhhh Mark, good morning and thank you for reading...you are so so right...what we don't seem to understand about love is the fact that it is constant change, it needs to be to flourish...and is a work in progress....not a reason to satisfy lust...and justify its demise with blame?
It is a culture all in it's own, that needs the stimulus of many things, including change, growth, fulfillment, emotional gratification...allowance...birth, the child within...a responsibility, compatibility is essential

Thank you
