The Rolling Tide And the words rolled within the tide The come and go of my abide The sands glowed a wettest brown That matched my face set a clown Horizon closed the fervor door The doorway to forever more Even raging flying sighs Could not change the set of vie Oh matter, that I hold so dear I see the dust of disappear The needles eye the sound Ole The time that turns the sun to gray And though I charge the red of cape I always seem to miss the drape I hear the rage and puff of snort But cannot catch the horn of wrought And banderilla’s pain and seal, Awaits the final plunge of steel |
