Tiny leaf, along your journey,

another color drizzles down
dabbing brushstrokes
on an empty pavement;

underfoot the masterpiece
takes formation,

the many layers reveal your smile;

beneath the moonlight,
the seasons kiss, the passions
pour along the sidewalks
as auturmn rises,
and you're now found;

but inevitably,
your digression comes,
as such beauty cannot be
held for long;

tiny leaf, along your journey,
stir my heartstrings
while the wind has stalled for now.
