Does politics scare you as much as me? Doesn't the whole mess seem a bit crazy? Like totally out of control I'd say. I know it did't use to be this way. Now once I took the democratic side, Until I realized that to all, they lied. Republicans? Well I think they're the same. The other parties? They all just seem lame. So where do we go from here, I ask you? There must be someone who knows what to do. For sure, he's not on the election roll. Those that are, I'd rate zero on my poll. It all reminds me of four years ago, When election choices hit all time low. This seems to me, a continuing trend. Our time and money they greedily spend. For what? To watch them call each other names. Poking and jabbing, displaying their shames. Clearly there is no choice here to be had, As each candidate is equally bad. I wish I had an answer to this plight, But none come to mind nor in my sight. All I know is we're up in to our neck, Left on this course, our country falls to wreck. "always be true to SELF, and follow your heart.." |

It's a difficult situation. Feeling as if you're caught between a rock and hard spot is not a good vantage point when the day comes to pick your country's leader from the cast that is available. And write-in options are merely for last-ditch protest purposes. Choose according to your conscience, that's the best you can do. |
