pebble toss non chalant
a gypsy sky dawning and you
what did I expect
is in your eye
as the gown of night
becomes your carpet
and it slips on the floor
as you do too

my arms just happen to be there
like mountains with soft muscle
and you said your charms
were like peaches
that bruised easily
so be careful how I hold
when I catch you this time
since there are others that look too

your breath on my neck
gives me chills like before
like you touch but don't
and you unbutton but don't
just breathe weave between
buttons and anticipation
finger tips touching
under the shirt flap secrets

some sunday morning rides behind me then
