Lost
to chance
the circumstance
weighted wheel against the spin

Cost
the dance
of me at last
tapping toe and grinning grin
anxious to begin again
impatient for the end

I am

praying for a chance
at last
beginning at the bend
of spine
I tend
to read my stories twice
and tell them thrice as much

(oh my!)

the renderings
of fingering
the drops of scribe
from right to left

Hebraic test
(signifigance)
of the singularit-ink
as the scholars ponder deep
and scream the fraud
of what it ain't
when it disagrees with creed
of the snake of intellect
swallowing itself
the need
spins too fast to count the spokes:

ouroborous-ouroborous

at times I am afraid to sleep
lest I dream it all again
the - same - the - same
beneath the lids
refrained as what it ever is
played upon the widest screen
when I'm much too wide awake
tossed amidst my contemplate
losing it in "I'm aware"
despair I had it - there -
and I
named it gone again.

Agreed. You do have a definate way of spinning tales with rich imagery, the verbiage fractically keeping the frenzied overworked hyperactive neurons firing, tweaking a muscle here and here and there, just enough to slight sleep, soaked in rum and coffee.

refrained as what it ever is

~*~

This had the spin of a quarter
in the air...
deciding which side to land upon...

and coming to a halt
on its edge.

Loved it!

wow Karen....just wow....

I don’t want the world to see me
cause I don’t think that they’d understand
When everything’s made to be broken I just want you to know who I am
