To Be In Love

I was with my sweetheart last night,
I was kissing her and holding her tight
and I was thinking about this
thing that they call love.

Then I started singing her a little song,
and she started singing along...

"The moon is shining so bright,
it sure is a beautiful night,
and I'm so happy to be with
the one that I love."

As I held her nice and tight
we sang on into the night...

"There's no charge to look
at the moon and the stars above,
feels so good to be in the arms
of the one that I love, and it
doesn't cost a thing to be in love?"

Sweet. A glimpse of my future slightly altered perhaps. I have yet to be in love but long to anyway. Scared for those who lie and those who use those who adore them.
