And it was another mile
And that kind of town
Standing real quiet
Arms to good balance
In the sapphire beam of close
Dreamy and unlatched
Middling voices beneath a live oak
Remember no sound
But nature’s hayloft
Down in Tuscany swoop
Where moonlight came down
Through the trees
Leaping like firelight
Two whispers close
In a storytelling momentum
Filled with prose
Filled with graceful notes
Beautifully composed
A memorable river
A memorable man
A fortune in sight
Against all odds
Different-colored summer
Snapping it's fingers
To the tune of something rare
And delicate
