My warps and curves defy gravity. I am... The String. The quantum and relativity guys must shrink their myopic views until they encounter my reality. For I am caught in the turbulence of chaotic space and time but you cannot prove or disprove my existence. So how can you expect me to follow all of your worldy rules? I am a dancing subatomic particle, and if you have great vision, you might be lucky enough to imagine me in 3D. But though you may never really see me, you can know me by my actions. Perhaps when I decay, the forces of my nature might allow you some day to see my individual tiny vibrating strand of energy. And if you are so fortunate, then you might even know The Totality. |

"For I am caught in the turbulence of chaotic space and time but you cannot prove or disprove my existence." "But though you may never really see me, you can know me by my actions." I liked these parts best... |

Thanks for highlighting your favorite part, dear SEA. LOL at you Duncan. I'll give you a glass of Pinot Noir if you can prove you exist, and aren't just an imaginary poetic device. |

LOL at you, Duncan. Why do you even need a cover? DON'T have to answer that here...or anywhere else for that matter. Sharon? oops, I do have a photo, but it didn't come out very good, so I'll try to take some more next week. And thanks for the van Gogh comment. I've always thought we would have gotten along well. But remember, some people thought he was a maniac. LOL |

OK, you asked for it. Hmm, Sharon, is there one on ebay? LOL. Actually, as I understand it, the string theory attempts to unite the theories of relativity and quantum physics. *sigh* I just love PHYSICS buzz words. |

Yup, THE theory . . . or was that a trail in the dark and a swirl of dust? -glider- |

Kacy, you have stretched your string rather taut with your totality. Very creative write, enjoyed! |

Susan, another one who enjoys studying Physics? I'm not saying I understand any of it, just that I enjoy studying all the theories that describe our physical world. Dixie, I am easily inspired. Even the dust on this PC screen might get me going. LOL hello msflame, and thank you for reading. Glad to assist another muse with an idea. |
