Lopsided Rorschach of In Out Thoughts

With random veracity, storms draw me
outside, my spirit wanting, desiring the electric zone
to greet my eye and spear my soul.

Come in
others call, come in from the storm

but these call louder to me,
billows designing themselves lopsidedly,
instigating, as they would,
apparitions for my eye, for what I
would see in them,
as if pleased that I would see
something.

If you would come with me
which is a matter of unconditional trust
to follow the light that I see,
do not be afraid,
for if and before I were to lose my way,
I would gift to you Ariadne's thread
that you would return to your world,
to your place,

whether I return with you,
or not.

As one can get lost in lopsided ways,
so you will have this golden thread, and I will have
your trust, so know that in some way
I will return.

You will see me in the shadows
of your own
in and out thoughts.

Karilea - if I whisper, will you listen?  Keeping in mind, I must stand close...

"apparitions for my eye, for what I

I loved this...not only was it beautifully written, the way you used the words made me think about them in a way that I, perhaps, wouldn't normally do. thank you for that, lovely write.

cool write and photo
Am I the only one who sees a dancing image in this photo? LOL, maybe I shouldn't explain further, except to say I see many recognizeable shapes in most storms clouds.
Maybe the hidden artist inside me needs to paint one of these scenes.

Yup I see pure poetry too, just beautiful sunshinygirl

Perhaps I should just absorb the poetry and
not comment on what I see within the clouds.
Yes, it is interesting how we each can see
different things there within them.  And
when you allow the words to be absorbed
slowly,  such a dessert.

Another storm lover!
They admonish me in similar fashion when I yearn to be a part of it.
But the golden thread?  I wouldn't have thought of that.
Nice one.

Lordy, lady, you're in twister country, so be careful! heh. I like the message in this, there's a bit of faith shining through.

You won't find any rain in Cali, just heat and probably, unfortunately, fires.
