She is His she has given herself for the taking given him her lust her body her heart But not her soul lest he should own her this piece she holds shadowed distant safe lest the bonds become such they cannot be broken but she is broken a slave to his whim s.a.t. Happiness isn't something that happens to you, it's created from within you. Joy is a state of mind. |

It is a matter of trust, perhaps, the giving of one's soul. A feeling of complete confidence in someone. It is a rare and most precious gift when found, a person to whom you may gift all of yourself. And a great risk, for much is put in peril. It is a form of self protection then, to hold that last piece of self back. And sometimes of self preservation. This is what I try to convey. And yes, it is sad, this, that we fear -- Thanks for reading and for your kind comments. They are so greatly appreciated.
