Maybe I Shall Never Know Thoughts are all I asked for Yet seems so hard to find Silence tells me nothing I cannot read your mind The lack of communication Avoidance is plain to see Confused by the silence I longed for some clarity So many mixed messages I had tried sorting through Am I being pushed away Was your silence the clue Thoughts we used to share It now seems so long ago I wonder what happened Maybe I shall never know Hope©2004 |
