I'll never see her face again Perfect, so desired of men So far gone, so far gone Sighs slip past my parted lips A harbor releasing sailing ships Into an ocean of deep blues Breathe the fumes or dance on air Open a vein, see crimson there My heart's on a dusty shelf Weep so long my eyes won't tear The night she left was crisp and clear My soul-flame has gone out 10/29/99 Just some more rubble. Thanks for listening. ------------------ He soils the sanctity of that which is perfect and wonders why he is shunned by all. [This message has been edited by D.B. Whyte (edited 10-29-1999).] |

Sometimes we've been hurt so much we simply forget how to cry in the physical sense. Yourds have picked up where the tears left off. Good job. ------------------ Michael Anderson And after-drunkeness of soul Succeeds the glory of the bowl - An idle longing night and day To dream my very life away EAP |
