There Is A Death In This Family I feel a death in this family. It has no putrid smell, no foul odor. It cannot be seen, nor touched, but lingers, and crushes, and hurts so bad. It is silence, and loneliness, a lack of warmth, and comfort, and caring for one another. There is a death in this family. There is stillness, and restlessness, confusion, and anger; understanding has faltered, and died. I'm as a single parent with a guest whom I must please, and care for; one I cannot depend upon for support, or fun, or to be with us, or share our days. There is a death in this family. Our cocoon has unraveled, threads join us together, and we swing wildly with every disturbance, the threads stretching, and thinning with the strain. Love has fallen and died, dreams have withered, hopes have perished. It is life without a partner, nights without a lover, children in turmoil, not knowing which way to turn. There is a death in this family. I feel…fear. Terry Beard (I guess you could say I ghost wrote this - my wife actually came up with the idea and I put it together and this is what we produced - hope you like it} [This message has been edited by jwesley (edited 06-07-2000).] |

This is certainly different and unusual I like it though quite deep in some ways I'll tell you this...... No eternal reward will forgive us now for wasting the dawn..... ~Isis~ (Goddess - Sovereign of the Spirit) |

It had me going for a moment. a ghost writing, now why didn't I think of that.?? anyway a great writing for a ghost. Joel. I howl a mournful song, that echos within my chambered heart, for all to read? nay for all to feel. |
