TIME

Dear God
Allow me to turn to nothing
For I wasn't meant to be
If I could change anything
I'd change about everything
Fighting battles in my mind
Doesn't get me anywhere
It doesn't make it better

And all the self-inflicted wounds
Seem to hurt more than before
The scars are beginning to show
I can feel their fingers point

My God I'm scared to death
You know I could really use some help
I'm to weak to help myself
I fear this time I won't make it through

You're all so strong, a vicious crowd
Laughing as you savour the sweetness of my agony
Why do you make it so hard?
Why not just kill me and get it done?

Oh well...
I knew the storm was getting closer
And I'm tired of living a lie
I'm sick of this life
I hate myself and I want to die
So take your knife
Tear a hole
Release my captured soul

Darkness, my home
Time has caught up
It's time to leave
It's time to go
I'm sorry

HHHHHOOOOOOWWWWWWWLLLLLLLL
I can only howl to this, is very sad.
And I agree with spit this had to come out.
Joel.

I howl a mournful song, that echos within my chambered heart, for all to read? nay for all to feel.

It's been a while hasn't it my friend? Well I'm sorry but I have needed some time away from the forums and from a few other things aswell. Maybe I'll start visiting more...I don't know yet....but I just wanted to tell you that this was a truly excellent poem and a very good expression of your feelings....they sound so much like my own. As always, it has been a pleasure reading your words.

                     Yours truly,

I'm reading all of ur poems..U have a great way of writting..and even though I myself arn't going through depression...I want to be a pychologist when I'm older and it intregues me to read all of ur poems...I think they're great.

I asked God how much he loved me...
He said this much...
And streched out his arms and Died.
