Up at night I sit an' wonder
I wonder 'bout th' morrow
What it'll bring o' sadness an' sorrow
Tired an' weak I slowly fade into th' night, still I ponder

Within my dreams I seek th' answers
On questions th' day could not give
An' what th' day could not provide
I'll get from darkness which in I hide

I hope one day that what I've lost
I'll find again an' keep forever
'Cause as I've grown, carelessly I've thrown
Away th' gifts I was given a child
Gifts o' life which cannot be bought
Which I for oh so long now have sought

Aah you say that you know me
But please admit you must be wrong
'Cause have can you when even I don't know myself

Curled up with my head on my knees
Desolate an' alone in a corner o' a room
It feels like I'm sittin' on th' edge o' th' world
An' all o' them, every single one seems ready
Just waitin' t' shove me off th' cliff
Fallin' down th' endless hole again
But held by an angel I arise t' a new day
Stronger than ever, still weaker than most
I try t' keep goin', but you know it's not easy
Same as I know I'm not alone
We're in this together an' we'll make it together

This is EXCELLENT! we must never forget to open our eyes and see those around us that are willing to travel this dark road with us and even if their is no one around, i feel that we are stronger than most...and by being here posting our souls to the world showing them that despite everything..we are still HERE, proves me right.

I agree with everyone...this poem is EXCELLENT!!! No other words to describe it..truly magnificant.
