I stand in the rain Feeling so sad Feeling so unloved Am I really that bad? I stand in the rain Wanting to be hugged Wanting to be noticed For my own hole I have dug I stand in the rain Seeing my hopes and dreams Yet seeing no one standing with me I am really alone, so it seems I do not love you for being perfect..... I love you for being perfect for me!! |

I loved this poem...we all find ourselves standing alone in the rain at different times in our lives...no you are not that bad...you just need a little time to regain your confidence and your hope. James |

Nice! Short and to the point. I particularly wish I had thought of the lines ...wanting to be hugged, wanting to be noticed, for my own hole have I dug. Boy! I think we can all, at one time or another, relate to that! And I think we all pray that we don't relate to it again..... j. |
