~On The Corner.....On The Street~

Hands hold head
on the corner
on the street
pounding parades
through my thickest thoughts
echoing filth
spilling the grain
your evil
falling, crashing
tipping to a side
sleep, asleep
cover me
step over me
an ice cream wrapper
to my face
to a tear
dirt under nails
dirty tears
on the corner
on the street.
