All the Prophecies
Seemed to say
It was the days
When a king would pass away

Whose castles fell
In to disarray
and bring about
the darkest days

He who arrived
from far away
From a land of ice
It will be he who sees no days

The Ice king Knew
As he could see
Each prophecy was
written about he.

And once again
A Quest will be found
To find a saviour
That the prophecy sounds

Yet bitter years
The ice king held
His age had dimmed
His hearts bright torch

So a heros mantle
Must be found
For the quest
to be this saviours hound

Well many challengers
They were found
none were willing
to leave the land without frowns

The old king wept
His nights away
for no champion
could his searchs betray

Still the heart
Of he that saved
Was sent a gift
From heavens silver tray

A Man of gold
with heart true bold
and a courage untold
Who no prophets foretold

Yet still he set out
Into the land of the cold
In search of a savior
To save a lands soul

  Hello darkness, my old friend,
I've come to talk with you again,
Because a vision softly creeping,
Left its seeds while I was sleeping,
And the vision that was planted in my brain
Still remains
Within the sound of silence.

Again very hauntingly beautiful.
Joel.

I howl a mornful song, that echos within my chambered heart, for all to read? nay for all to feel.

Joel is so right, it is truly beautiful.  Where have those fearless leaders gone, willing to make the greatest sacrifice.

yes...my favorite saga continues...I love the rhyme in this walter...and the wisdom of the story as well.
your just so darn good at this (smile)
take care W,
jm

Well the sun sets gently on your shoulders
And it makes me want to touch you there.
And the light in your eyes makes me feel
Like there's something much better out there
Something kind...
And I know someday I might be looking around
Trying to find some purpose
Well purpose it can't be that hard to find
As long as I've got the wind...
The wind and your love to carry me.
