When I can see the moment of truth
In all of your lies
This is when I love you from the root
This is when I could die

Even as you walk out the door
I feel the tugging of my soul
I must watch you leave and say no more
without you all I feel can feel is a hole

Its my fault now watch me smile
when all I am is broken
thats when I hit Denial
Then all we have is stolen

My eyes went from blue to blind
The moment you turned away
Gave it up and left it all behind
The World went dark that day

We do live in Denial to the one's we love, turning a deaf ear to our own truth.
Very expressive, and good.
Joel.

I howl a mornful song, that echos within my chambered heart, for all to read? nay for all to feel.

Welcome to passions hon, love your nickname, quite entriguing there!!  Denial is a friend to jealousy in my opinion and we must bear him too at times... Great work

Hey Ember,
The last person you expected to hear from right? Probably. But anywayz, this poem was wonderful...full of emotion and depth. You know...she's just as blind as you are...

                Yours truly,
