Memories come flooding back to implant in my brain, and haunt me, as I see you walk into the room.

Wanting you to turn around,
wanting you to hold me.

I see a sad smile, a sweet smile, glittering behind your eyes when you glance my way.

Do you think of me?

I wish we hadn't had started this game, this game that turned deadly to the heart.

This game which left me with peices of you.

Hidden smiles of sadness.

Glittering behind eyes.

Hesitant to look my way.

Me to.
good. and sad.
Joel.

I howl a mornful song, that echos within my chambered heart, for all to read? nay for all to feel.

Great Poem Skittles

So true for most of us..Well Done

Daniel

The glory of friendship is not the outstretched hand, not the kindly smile, not the joy of companionship; it is the spiritual inspiration that comes to one when he discovers that someone believes in him and is willing to trust him with his friendship."

One fo the tougher things in life to endure..
reminds me of the song line 'Every time that you walk in the room!'
Well written

A heart and soul are not judged by how much you love, but by how much you are loved by others...

My stomach dropped. I felt that with you more times than I would like to remember. They continue to happen. you nailed that one on the head! good work.

The words that come to me here fail me elsewhere.
Mute.
Made dumb by my own thoughts.
Tonguetied and awkward.
Tripping over my own voice.
A pen and paper for my voice.

Ah, this is great.  Indeed, we've all been here.  Excellent poem.
