A Healing Process........ For in this room there is so much pain There is nothing to lose but so much to gain Pain is destructive negative and bleak It saps your strength and makes you weak You CAN be strong though its hard to see When all you had has ceased to be They say that things will get better in time I have to say there's no truer line When your darkest hour creeps into view Remember that someone is thinking of you You're not alone and its not the end And before too long you'll be on the mend One day you'll discover that you made it through Your heart still intact and your body too The lessons learn't can only be good You'll see life in the way you should A better person you now will be Here endeth this lesson with love from me!! Great Post Sandra.
