Little luck brought me this way As tommorrow and all yesterdays My guide on long winter roads When taverns open to the week and cold In snow so deep you lose your feet My luck keeps me with heat All along my steps stay fleet As my luck its guides my feet [This message has been edited by Walter Poe (edited 03-24-2000).] |

Little luck brought me this way As tommorrow and all yesterdays i love that line walter... and what a tasty treat to come in Dp and find several poems from you...on to the next one jm Do you live by the book, do you play by the rules Do you care what is thought by others about you If this day is all that is promised to you Do you live for the present, the future the past... tracy chapman |

Hmmm...the power of hope and faith! ") "in snow so deep you lose your feet My luck keeps me with heat" i like these 2 lines best and the way the rest of the poem rhymes(i just love rhyming poems) hmmm....a spelling mistake...it's "weak" rather than "week",right ") |

Aah reminds me of the olde Irish wishes of good luck.. Great one as always Walter There is only one corner of the universe you can be certain of improving, and that's your own self... ~Isis~ (Goddess - Sovereign of the Spirit) |
