Listen please listen my love to the sweet song of the lonesome dove Can you hear the pain and despair that lie beneath the surface bare? You know it wasn't always this way at one time it could make you stay But that time was long long ago it is the truth we both know You gave me your heart on a platter and your dreams I did shatter Your trust I did betray never to be loved after that day My heart hears the sound of your sweet song and for the memories I long To feel your touch upon my face all the pain in the world it would erase To have you gaze at me as once you did so that my fears would be hid There would be only us and the night together we make the spark of the light Friends are friend forever if the Lord's the Lord of them and a friend will not say never cause the welcome will not end. --Michael W. So sad this one, pain at times seems a constant companion. May the world hug you today, With it's warmth and love. I pray it whispers a joyful tune in your heart, That tell you there is a friend sitting in another corner of the world, Wishing you well and wishing you love...... ~Isis~ (Goddess - Sovereign of the Spirit) |

JM...sorry you could relate...not fun at all. Thanks. BW...Thanks and truer words were never spoken of the pain to others. Isis...the pain is my friend these days. Maybe that is why I love the dark. Sven...not totally or we risk making the same mistakes. Hopefully we can learn from it. thanks for the kind words of encouragement. SG...thank you. Friends are friend forever if the Lord's the Lord of them and a friend will not say never cause the welcome will not end. --Michael W. Smith |
