Hushed voices speak of him
On the night breeze he lives
haunting the stories
The tales they sing of him

His Legends lives in fairy tales
told to children to dull senses
In the twilight before the bed
Surviving as dreams in young kids heads

What he was is forgotten
His memory survives none the less
he fights all thats rotten and
He is the hero that saves the princess

All he is fantasys and myths
His words spoken by actors
Written by the poets and the players
which down the years have inspired and uplifted

Did he exist the hero of old
Were all his exploits fearless and bold
did he punish the dragon
did he Bring down baron death

Was he a Hero untill his last breath
What he was is forgotten
Doomed to misquotes yet he lives forever
because to our hearts he has spoke

Did you write the Book of Love
And do you have faith in God above
If the Bible tells you so
Do you believe in rock 'n roll
Can music save your mortal soul
And can you teach me how to dance real slow

humming madly
filling my head
with blood
and sorrow
and dread

Walter this was great!  Can I be stupid and ask which guy is he?????

May the world hug you today,
With it's warmth and love.
I pray it whispers a joyful tune in your heart,
That tell you there is a friend sitting in another corner of the world,
Wishing you well and
wishing you love......

"hes" got nothing on you walter..
this was poetic perfection...
as always...jm

loved these images...

Now for me some words come easy
But I know that they don't mean that much
Compared with the things that are said when lovers touch
You never knew what I loved in you
I don't know what you loved in me
Maybe the picture of somebody you were hoping I might be
