Rushing torrent of tears that flood No where to hold them back Overflowing hot with emotion Cleansing and breaking to set free Helping me to finally see At a drop of a hat No glance can I hide I try as I may to run But the tears they just come And they will not stop for nothing Why do they fall so easily And my heart cut to bleed What has brought this great offence Made me rethink all that I am Made me look at this stench Only time will tell Give me strength to overcome But for now I am numb The windows are all foggy But still I search to see See my way to the next hour This release is so despondant Yet it is my friend Crying is my way home To where I once belonged Helping my heart to mend again Crying for now is my best friend! emotionally perfect poem... cry those tears..they help heal and give us strength, take care, jm Now for me some words come easy But I know that they don't mean that much Compared with the things that are said when lovers touch You never knew what I loved in you I don't know what you loved in me Maybe the picture of somebody you were hoping I might be jackson browne |

Crying can be the best thing. Feels so good to let out all that emotion through your tears. Liked this, Illusion. Joy |

This one was a zinger for the heart. Go ahead and cry, I'll cry along with you. I think crying is sometimes like you said the best thing. It cleanses the soul and can help to restore hope and faith. I really liked this poem and its meaning. Thanks for sharing with all of us. AMY ~Live today as though it were your last but prepare for tomorrow as though it were here~ |
