I lay still Hope, faith, love... Everything is gone I whisper in the dark Why me? What did I do to deserve this? The words left me lifeless... Some say life`s a game Then I guess I did`nt know how to play You may think it`s selfish Maby it is... But you don`t know the pain After all It was you who left me lifeless... My wrists is laughing Life`s draining Blood`s spilling In thickening streams on the floor My eyes`s startin` to fade Soon I`ll leave this place lifeless... But suddenly A change of mind I try to turn But it`s to late My arms to weak And tears burn my eyes As the last drop leaves me lifeless... All the tears I`ve cried Useless... And all the feelings I`ve felt Useless... And all the love I`ve shed Useless... And all the hope I had Useless... And every wish I`ve ever wished Useless... Everything is useless... Now that all I am is lifeless... |

Feelings hit directly home, I've felt this way one too many times. But never got to its vast existance. Hopefully I will never get to that point, where I lie lifeless. Good poem, nicely written. Glad youre there to write it. Much love, One love, PEACE |
