I feel I’m adrift And stand not upon solid ground I’m sinking fast How long can I hold Onto the dead memories that passed From my life without a sound One hand clutching Earth, And one reaches for Heaven With one hope to breathe The air of innocence And a chance to see Through naked eyes again I can’t live like this With a knowledge of truth I can be so believing And given to gentle persuasion Time can be so deceiving, In the passing of youth I feel I am melting With each passing day Nothing matters anymore To me; nothing, no one Will be the same as before Set adrift on an endless sea, Finding our way |

To be "set adrift on an endless sea..." I do hope you find your way, as I too, am looking for mine, in that same sea you wrote of. It does seem so infinately endless at times.....Thanks for sharing. |

JML~ this is so very sad. I hope the skies above your endless sea become clear, and show your heart the way home.-SEA |
