Is it not beautful the night horizon covering days dowdy blues and greens with eternal gray All breaths taken as the sun sinks into blackness eaten by the night by power its right Darkness in us Walks tall proud In night fears pull you into dreams nightmares call The bogieman stalks Victims of belief Night people balk At creations grief hold your tongue The Action turns to the suns return the demons sink back to the brink and wait for the night to come again Did you write the Book of Love And do you have faith in God above If the Bible tells you so Do you believe in rock 'n roll Can music save your mortal soul And can you teach me how to dance real slow |

now this is the Walter, prince of darkness we all know..another great one...I see your feeling inspired today...I'm on to the next one.jm When you see through love's illusions, there lies the danger... And your perfect lover just looks like a perfect fool So you go running off in search of a perfect stranger While the loneliness seems to spring from your life Like a fountain from a pool. i very much enjoyed the flow of this, and the story it told. i found many more meanings than the obvious. wether meant to be or not i read this more metaphorically than literally. great work walter. |

Excellent verse Walter...with incredible imagery! I can see that I can learn much at this forum. Simple words from a simple guy |
