Her voice still echoes in my dreams Her body still moves through my thoughts To love her, she deemed I would have to myself become lost Her touch still graces my cheek Her mouth still touches my lips She was the one that I had sought to seek From her cup, I did more than sip Her eyes still see through my soul Her hair still flows in my eyes In her presence, I became whole In her arms, she comforted my cries Now, standing here by the bay Her spirit says to me, "Come my heart" In return, I whisper to the wind and say "I must go. . . and make a new start" ---------------------------------------------------- That which gives light must endure burning --Victor Frankl |

Oh God Sven, *tear* you poetic thing you. This is so moving, just once I wish someone could feel that for me, and put into such beautiful words as you have... You gifted thing Let your heart guide you. It whispers, so listen closely. ~Isis~ (Sovereign of the Spirit) |

sven: absolutely gorgeous poem... i like to fancy myself the type that would continue to love even after death had claimed my love, but i certainly identify with this sentiment... wonderful work and very touching... sincerely, jerome the boy with no kool-aid A savage place! as holy and enchanted As e'er beneath a waning moon was haunted By woman wailing for her demon-lover! ~Coleridge |

this is a truly beautiful and amazing piece of art...and a loving tribute...I was moved by its words. Janet Marie Some things cannot be explained by verses that rhyme, They are not measured by the commitment of time. Some emotions run too deep to be described by words, Forgiveness and understanding- remain the most beautiful words ever heard. Janet Marie |
