Misguiding Light

Is it me,
  that follows you.
In time,
  that I carry though
It may just be,
  the way to go.

But do you know,
  what brings me to you?
Brighter days,
  watering a heart and soul.
Brilliant hunger,
  waiting for you call.

   Or is it fate wrapped in disquise.
  grabbing at my bottomless fright.
   Telling when we must let go?
  for fear is lurking somewhere near.

   But when all is said and done,
  will you forgive me forevermore?
   or will I wait eternally,
  for forgiveness not to come?

For will I wonder,
  always now.
From the bottom of my heart,
  that sorry wasn't good enough?
Frantically I run,
  away from the times.

That sent you whirling,
  away from me.
The little things said,
  that cannot be forgiven.
This time won't you try to forgive forevermore?
